Andres Paabo is one of Canada's foremost wilderness and wildlife artists who is featured in the Algonquin Art Centre, located in Algonquin Park. he is considered to be a realist and has been referred to as a Modern Renaissance Man.
Andres is a Canadian artist of Estonian descent, who has pursued this genre of art seriously since a teenager. Painting has been his major occupation since 1985. He grew up supported and encouraged by his family to pursue his passion for painting. He studies at OCA (Ontario College of Art) and spent much time at the Art Gallery of Ontario taking art courses.

Helen Lucas was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada. She attended the Ontario College of Art from 1950 to 1954. Between 1973 and 1979, Helen was a Drawing and Painting Master at Sheridan College where she was voted ‘Teacher of the Year‘. As well as being a celebrated artist, she has many other notable recognitions. Helen has been a recipient of the YWCA Women of Distinction Award in 1985; the Woman Who Make a Difference Award of Merit in 1990 and York Region’s In Celebration of Women Award in 2003.
